Naveen Nagaraja

Naveen Nagaraja as Vice President & Head of Global Project Delivery, sets and evolves the strategic direction
when it comes to procuring and executing Projects for Factotum’s customers.
He is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT initiatives for Factotum’s customers.
With more than 25 years of global experience in IT service industry and particularly in the area of Program Management in the IT and Digital space, Naveen is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and brings unique blend of skills in Project Management, Managed Services, Delivery Excellence and Team Leadership. He brings extensive experience in collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones to execute complex IT and digital projects in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Banking, e-Governance, and Airlines Systems throughout Africa, India, and the Middle East.

Prior to Factotum, Naveen had worked in IT Advisory and Program Management roles in Airline and Banking industry, and had managed programs and projects from conceptualization to execution. Naveen has successfully managed corporate wide initiatives in the areas of IT Infrastructure, Application Development, Product Development and Systems Integration.

He holds Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Kuvempu University and Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from the Canadian School of Management.
